I'm a graphic designer and IT systems specialist who combines visual communication with hands-on systems administration, infrastructure improvements, and practical automation.
I care about how things look, how they work, and how they make people feel.
My professional path crosses two worlds that might look unrelated at first: graphic design and technology. Over more than a decade in design, I've worked on visual communication, branding, and print. In IT, I administer Microsoft 365 and workplace devices, troubleshoot systems across multiple locations, improve secure connectivity, and build tools that make employee support more reliable.
The connecting thread is communication. I love making complex things feel approachable — whether that's an identity system, a clear piece of documentation, or an internal workflow that just makes sense.
I've implemented an IT service desk using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint and Power Automate; established mobile-device management with Mosyle; and improved office connectivity through SonicWall networking. I also develop structured asset records, documentation and AI-assisted workflows with testing and human oversight. I enjoy building systems that are useful, understandable and dependable.
